Conference Sponsorships

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 2018 Carolinas Cash Adventure Conference.  Sponsorships for this year's conference will be opening soon, but please review the information below for a guide for the 2018 conference but realizing these are 2017 levels.

The 2018 conference marks the 34th anniversary of this great conference and more than 175 treasury professionals from the two states, as well as surrounding states, will be joining us for three days of networking and educational opportunities.

Prior years' sponsors tell us they appreciate our conference's arrangements and expectations. Since we do not have an exhibit hall that requires the manning of a booth, sponsors are able to actually attend the sessions, where the networking opportunities are better.  However, sponsors are provided "table setups" in the conference foyer where they can display materials.  You have the option of manning the table as little or as much as you desire. 

Below you will find the three levels and associated pricing that are being offered for the 2017 conference.  These are the same as last year.  To review the benefits for each level, click on that appropriate level.  Organizations that select either the Platinum or Gold level will note that there is a substantial benefit of receiving one or two complimentary registrations.  We continue to keep the pricing low, as sponsors do not have to pay for exhibit booths. 

Platinum Level -- $2,750 
Gold Level -- $1,750
Silver Level -- $750

When registering, indicate your organization's desire to participate as a speaker or not.  Speaking slots are generally identified in late fall/early winter, so an early response is necessary.  Platinum sponsors receive priority consideration in this regards.

If you have been selected to provide a speaker and have questions, please contact the Speaker Coordinator.

When registering you will have to select one of two payment methods. Select "Online payment" if you are paying by credit card at the time of registering; or select "Manual payment" if you will be paying by check.  Unless otherwise requested, your registration confirmation email will serve as your invoice.

Once you have determined the sponsorship level and are ready to make a commitment, you can confirm your intent by selecting Online Registration.  Please remember that we are no longer accepting sponsors for this year's conference but return in October when we will be accepting sponsors for the 2018 conference.                                                 

All organizations listed on the "Sponsors for 2017" page will be included in the materials and signage at the Conference.  If you have not already paid, please do so ASAP.

You can provide 250 copies of your 8 x 11 slick (or smaller) to be included in the registration package. The slicks must be delivered to the address below before May 1.  If not delivered by that date, the sponsor may have them displayed for pickup at a table at the conference.  Deliver promo items and printed materials to the following address:

Gold and Platinum sponsors desiring to take advantage of the free complimentary conference registration(s) must contact Brian Sullivan obtain a code to be used when registering the attendees who will take advantage of this benefit.

Please note that registering to be a "sponsor" is not the same as registering to be an "attendee" of the conference. Registering as an attendee is a separate registration process.  So if you have registered your organization as a sponsor, you must still register as an "attendee" of the conference.

If you are listed as a Sponsor for 2017 by virtue of verbally making a commitment, but have not yet registered your commitment "online," please take the time to do so.
