General registration for the 2018 conference is CLOSED but it will reopen onsite on May 21st.

Registration to commit to being a sponsor is RESTRICTED.  A code is required for those sponsors that have already committed.

It is not necessary to log-in with any type of password in order to register when registration does open. The site recognizes all active members of both the NCTMA and the SCAFP by using the e-mail address that each organization has on file.  If the site does not recognize you as a member, contact:

Before registering for the event, please ensure you are going to attend as there is a cancellation fee.  For any cancellation after May 1, 2018, there is no refund.

    Thank you for your interest in registering for the 2018 Carolinas Cash Adventure presented by the NCTMA and SCAFP.

    Fees are as noted below and based upon whether you are an ACTIVE member of one of the associations (NCTMA / SCAFP) or not, and based upon when you register.

    Fees include the cost of all conference materials and the following meals:  light snacks & beverages at Sunday Registration; Lunch Monday & Tuesday; Tuesday Night Reception & dinner.

    Member - Early Bird - $420.00

    Member - Regular - $495.00

    Non-Member - Early Bird - $550.00

    Non-Member - Regular - $625.00

    Additional $25 for onsite fee above regular rates.

    Guest cost for reception, meals, & Tue Night Entertainment is $150.  It will be collected during the registration process.

    CTP Review course additional cost is $50.00.

    The Early Bird registration deadline is April 18, 2018. Online registration for the regular fee is available from April 18 through May 11. Onsite registration is available May 21

    Cancellations:  Substitutions are welcome if you have registered but cannot attend.  A fee of $25 will apply.  Cancellations made prior to May 1 will be charged a $75 fee.  There will be no refund for any cancellation after May 1.

    Do not forget to make your hotel reservations with the Kingston Plantation.  The group discount rate is only guaranteed through April 18th, 2018, or while the block of rooms are available. Please see the menu item "Lodging for the Conference." for more information.
